Something different every week — do come back

House, garden and shed cleared. We handle it.

After a death, a move into care, or simply because it's time. From the first phone call to handing back the keys: we clear it and leave it tidy.

A clearance under way

From loft to summerhouse

Need a house cleared? After a death, when someone moves into care, or on behalf of a council or housing association — we take care of it. From a single room to an entire house, shed and attic included.

  • The whole house

    Living room, kitchen, bedrooms

  • Loft and cellar

Even what’s sat in boxes for years

  • Garage and shed

    Tools, bikes, odds and ends

  • The garden

    Garden furniture, pots, the summerhouse

This is how we leave it

Slide across the photo: from a room full of memories to an empty, tidy space.

From the first call to the keys

You don’t have to arrange a thing. We take it on, step by step.

  1. You call or message us

Tell us what needs clearing and by when. A few photos on WhatsApp already help us get a picture.

  2. We come and have a look

We arrange a time and walk through the house, loft, shed and garden together. Then you know where you stand.

  3. A clear agreement

What goes, what stays, when we come and what it costs.

  4. We clear everything

From cellar to loft, from shed to summerhouse. Whatever is still usable comes back to the shop with us.

  5. Left clean and tidy

We leave it neat, ready to go back to the landlord, the new owners or the family.

When people call us

  • House clearance after a death or as part of an estate
  • Clearance when moving into a care home or sheltered housing
  • Work for councils, housing associations and legal guardians
  • From one room to a complete household
  • Usable items get a second life in the second-hand shop

What happens to the things

Whatever is still usable gets a second life in the shop. That keeps the cost down, and it saves a skip full of things that had plenty of life left in them.

Area: Usually within 50 km of Sprang-Capelle; further away by arrangement.
